In Valencia, Spain, to give a keynote titled Optimization and Music Data Science at EURO 2018, the 29th European Conference on Operational Research, jointly hosted 8-11 July 2018 by the Universitat de València and Universitat Politècnica de València.
Delighted to catch up with old friends from the MIT Operations Research Center: José Niño Mora (Universidd Carlos III de Madrid), Kerry Malone (TNO), and Susanne Heipcke (FICO). Finally met my Springer editor, Matthew Amboy, who had kindly brought a copy of "Mathematical and Computational Modelling of Tonality: Theory and Applications" for display at the Springer Nature booth!
